This program is a 12 week training program separated into 3 training
The first week we’re really going to push some heavy weights. Make sure to do plenty of warm up sets before getting to the actual working set.
In week 2 we are working in a hypertrophy rep range, looking to maximize muscle building.
In week 3 also we implement supersets and other intense training methods to really push yourself to a whole new level.
